Welcome to the Longhorn Energy Club!
Longhorn Energy is a university-wide graduate and undergraduate student organization that supports interdisciplinary professional development; promotes interdisciplinary energy entrepreneurship, and inspires interdisciplinary energy research at the University of Texas at Austin. We believe that the multifaceted nature of our global energy challenges demands cooperation across disciplines and technologies, and we operate in close partnership with the major stakeholders at the university, in government, and in the industry to facilitate these opportunities for collaboration. Involvement in LEC will give you access to student-only sessions with Energy Symposium speakers, interactive events with companies, exclusive lunch and learn sessions with industry professionals, opportunities to meet with local energy entrepreneurs, and Energy Week!
